Our project has been "logged in" with the city permitting office. It will now take 2 to 4 weeks (or longer) to get everything thru. The permitting office needs to look thru the plans and the engineers report to make sure everything is following code and such. After doing the initial calculations for the insulation values of the building there was word we might have to insulate the whole building- meaning we would have had to cover up all the really cool brick walls. Jim found the numbers to calculate the "Thermal Mass" of the walls meaning the beauties will remain visible. Rock on!
