Hi, I'm Danny Newman. I have been looking for a unique place to live for quite some time. I always take a second glance as I pass an old gas station or a boarded up old church or a warehouse with all of its windows broken out. I see these open spaces as a blank canvas. I can create any sort of living space I want. Too exciting! I was just about to settle on buying a "real" house. I'm sure I would have made it funky and hip, but really, who wants to live in a house that already has a kitchen and a bathroom? ;) I came across this old church/meeting hall/burrito factory in May of 2004 but from the outside wasn't very interested. But after checking it out again, and really looking inside, I fell in love. -Danny Newman

ahh the newman loft of 2004. great pre-existing times. the floors will look great when they are done, but we can't get as dirty if you know what i mean.
