Dan and I drew up (he drew while I watched :) an actual version of floorplan #2. I like this one a lot. Look at the size of that master bath!

Hi, I'm Danny Newman. I have been looking for a unique place to live for quite some time. I always take a second glance as I pass an old gas station or a boarded up old church or a warehouse with all of its windows broken out. I see these open spaces as a blank canvas. I can create any sort of living space I want. Too exciting! I was just about to settle on buying a "real" house. I'm sure I would have made it funky and hip, but really, who wants to live in a house that already has a kitchen and a bathroom? ;) I came across this old church/meeting hall/burrito factory in May of 2004 but from the outside wasn't very interested. But after checking it out again, and really looking inside, I fell in love. -Danny Newman

daaaamn! And there's even a bathtub for the 'commoners'. What's the deal with the toiliet and sink on the left? What's happening with that space again? What about the kitchen? What are the dashed lines around it...walls?

ya, we forgot to put walls around that front powder room. the dashed lines are a drop ceiling above the kitchen. we dont want any brick dust or roof dust getting in our food...
