Flash Lite 2.0 = holy crap

I downloaded the newest Flash Lite player last night. The thing costs $10 and is geared toward developers. I have to say that if you have any of the supported devices (and an unlimited data plan) its definitely worth the money. My first application download was an NYC Traffic Map. The thing blew me away. I downloaded a few other apps…including “Lady Calendar” (calculates ovulation and such). Ya, weird for me to download that but it won a Flash Lite app contest. Its pretty amazing. Flash is the killer app for mobile phones. I predict that by the end of year Flash is going to be a must have for any new phone purchase.

I want to start developing apps exclusively for this new market. Contact me if you have a mobile project idea, or have strong AS2 skills and would like to join the team.
